AssociationVoting is eager to kick off new projects and continue to elevate the online voting space in 2025! So much is in store as we begin the New Year, so we wanted to provide a glimpse into all the initiatives we plan to implement this year. As always, our main goal is to simplify and streamline the online voting process for our clients and we are certain these new initiatives will do just that!

Rank Choice Voting

AssociationVoting currently has multiple clients utilizing our new Rank Choice Voting procedure, and we are excited to extend this feature to a wider client base in 2025! As we continue to develop this process, we are eager for our customers to employ this voting feature which allows voters to cast votes for multiple candidates, in order of preference. AssociationVoting always strives to accommodate all of our customers, and we are certain this feature will be beneficial for a wide variety of users. Never Miss an Alert

In the New Year, AssociationVoting has plans to update the functionality of our Voting Manager Admin Portal. In 2024, we noticed that many admin alert notifications went unnoticed and unread because they often got buried within the many other admin messages. To combat this, AssociationVoting plans to implement an admin alert pop-up to point Admin to any unread notifications. Never miss an alert thanks to this new feature! New Knowledge Base & Support Tickets

At the end of 2024, AssociationVoting implemented a new and improved support process, equipped with a Knowledge Base library and a robust ticket request process. AssociationVoting’s new Knowledge Base is equipped with dozens of relevant Help Articles, ensuring Admin can get their questions answered anytime, anywhere. In 2025, we plan to conduct customer communication research to identify the challenges our customers are facing, and based on these insights, will develop and upload Help Articles to provide more effective and expedient support.

If you can’t find the answers to your questions in the Knowledge Base, the Help webpage is also equipped with a Support Ticket Request feature. Admin can fill out a ticket to notify our Support Team who will be able to take a closer look at the issue you are experiencing. We are eager to assess how this new process improves our customer’s overall experience in 2025!

Improved Election Cloning

Don’t worry about dated and inaccurate information being transferred over when you clone an election. In 2025, AssociationVoting plans to implement a system that automatically updates certain data fields once you clone an election. This new initiative will enhance the accuracy of your election and eliminate the need for manual updating, thereby improving the overall customer experience. AVie, Your Guide to AssociationVoting

2024 was also the year that AssociationVoting launched AVie, our 24/7 online guide to all sales-related questions. This initiative provides answers to your questions within seconds, eliminating the need to wait for a response from our Support Team. In 2025, AssociationVoting plans to use insights derived from AVie’s most common topics to continue to improve the features and responses. As AVie continues to expand, we are eager to be able to efficiently provide you as many answers as possible.
