AssociationVoting recently served the Tri-County Suburban REALTORS’ Board of Directors election, and it was nothing short of a successful partnership from ballot set-up to voting to results sharing. On the first day of the 2024 Tri-County Suburban REALTORS’ Board of Directors Election, Tri County REALTORS had a great voter turnout with over 150 voters cast their ballot the first day of the election! Tri-County Suburban REALTORS purchased AssociationVoting’s Single Election License. This license includes 1 Email Announcement and 1 Reminder Email for interested Associations. The Voting Admin can send one email to voters announcing that the election has started. Subsequently, as the election comes to a close, Voting Admin can also send one reminder email to voters to ensure they cast their ballots prior to the close of the election. Email Announcement and Reminder templates are provided to make this process easy and efficient for Voting Admin. Customers also have the option to purchase additional email credits to ensure all of their voters remember to cast their ballot prior to close.

 

With the Single Election License, Voting Admin gain access to a variety of features to ensure they can build out their ballots exactly how they want and view the status of their elections. The Single Election License includes specific reporting information such as real-time details as to who has or has not voted, final vote counts, and the ability to download election results, accessible at any time to Voting Admin. In addition, Voting Admin have the ability to create, customize, and brand their election site. This process is intuitive and easy to use for Voting Admin to upload their Association’s logo, color schemes, and other custom branding items.
