When a voting member views the ballot, they see a link next to the candidate name that shows the biography that is hidden by default. The biography shows in a scrollable div. This means that you can put a lot of information in there.
Not only that, but when the biography is entered, it is entered with a what-you-see-is-what-you-get tool that looks a lot like your favorite word processor. You can customize the headings used, text colors, images, lists and more with it. You can even edit the HTML directly if you know HTML markup.
